Mini Mimosas

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in club soda.
  4. Place strawberries in 10 (2-oz.)
  5. plastic cups sprayed with cooking spray; fill with gelatin.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Unmold before serving.
