Salted Lemon Edamame

  1. Boil the edamame according to package directions.
  2. Strain and place in a serving bowl.
  3. Juice 1 lemon and pour over the top of the beans.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper blend.
  5. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
