BBQ Chicken Pizza with Smoked Gouda and Caramelized Onions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F .
  2. Roll out dough using your hands or a rolling pin if you have one.
  3. Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in small skillet and cook chicken over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes, or until no longer pink and set aside.
  4. Heat remaining Tablespoon of olive oil in skillet and saute onions for roughly 10 minutes, or until clear and caramelized.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Place dough on pizza stone or baking sheet.
  7. Top dough with BBQ sauce, cheeses, chicken and onion.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes on top rack, or until golden brown.
