Chicken Cheese Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 1 chicken, boiled & boned
- 1 stick butter
- 1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. noodles
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
- Cook (boil) and bone chicken.
- In separate pan heat butter and both cheeses.
- In a large pan put just sufficient broth from chicken to cook noodles with very little broth extra.
- When noodles are done add in chicken, butter-cheese mix, both soups, celery and mix well.
- Spoon or possibly pour into large casserole and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs or possibly cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
- Ready to serve.
