Easy Spicy Chicken Kebabs.
- 500 grams Chicken breasts. (4)
- 2 tsp Robertsons chicken spice.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 100 ml Nando's garlic peri-peri sauce or try my peri-peri sauce
- 6 Bamboo skewers(soaked in water for 5 minutes)
- Cut chicken into 15mm thick strips.
- Mix together all the ingrediends.
- (excluding kebab sticks)
- Let it marinade in fridge for 2 hours or over night if possible.
- Braai on medium coals for 12-15 minutes, turn every 3-4 minutes.
- Skewer chicken strips in a zig-zag motion.
