Easy Gourmet Chicken Recipe

  1. Sprinkle each chicken breast with garlic salt on both sides.
  2. Then spray bottom of a casserole dish with Pam, or possibly pour sufficient oil into the bottom to coat, but not too much.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the dish and then pour soups over the chicken.
  4. Dab each piece with lowfat sour cream, cover with onions and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min - 1 hour at 425 degrees or possibly till tender.
