Marinated Beef Brisket

  1. Note: Cooking time may vary: Use meat thermometer it is done when it reaches 160 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients together.
  3. Place brisket in a covered pan or plastic bag.
  4. Pour marinade over it.
  5. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
  6. Drain and save 1 cup of marinade.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on brisket.
  8. Wrap tight in aluminum foil and roast for 4 hours at 325 degrees (F).
  9. (Cook till 160 degrees F).
  10. Mix together last 5 ingredients for the sauce and bring to a boil.
  11. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  12. Thinly slice brisket, place in pan and put sauce over it.
  13. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees (F).
