Tomato Sauce Spaghetti
- 100 -150 g fresh pasta
- 5 tomatoes (diced or sliced)
- 13-12 onion
- 75 g ground pork (any amount as desired)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 20 g frozen mixed vegetables (any amount as desired)
- 250 ml water
- 12 tablespoon potato starch (mixed with 3 tbsps of water) or 12 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 3 tbsps of water) or 12 tablespoon flour (mixed with 3 tbsps of water)
- tamarind juice (1 piece Tamarind mixed with 50ml water)
- 12 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 14 lemon, juice of
- Cut onion into strips.
- Pour all oil into pan.
- Put in onion and brown it partially.
- Put in sliced/diced tomatos.
- Stir for 1 minute.
- Add in 250ml water.
- Leave to boil, then, add in Tamarind water.
- Stir and leave for tomatoes to melt partially, leaving the skin in the pan.
- After this, add in starch/flour to thicken.
- Stir and then, add in minced pork.
- Add in all Seasonings.
- Stir for 30 seconds.
- Put in pasta and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in mixed vegetables and stir for 30-45 seconds over medium heat.
- Serve.
