Sauteed Ducks Recipe

  1. Brown ducks in butter and onions (and salt).
  2. Add in wine and celery flakes.
  3. Cover and cook 40 min (low heat).
  4. Add in tarragon and saute/fry uncovered for 15 min.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
