Turmeric Grilled Chicken

  1. Stir the grounded spice, galangal and water for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add the rest ingredients except the chicken.
  3. Stir continuously and taste it.
  4. Squeeze a little bit lemon or lime to have a nice yellow color.
  5. Add the chicken and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  6. In the mean time preheat the oven 180F Celsius.
  7. Take out the chicken, put it on the baking tray with some sauce.
  8. Bake it 20 minutes at 180F and 10 minutes at 150F (turn the chicken every 10 minutes).
  9. You can also grill the chicken and put some sauce on it.
  10. Thicken the rest sauce.
  11. Put it on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
