Black Eyed Peas And Sausage Jambalaya Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions, pepper, garlic, and parsley in Dutch oven with 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add in salt meat, sausage, black-eyed peas, and rice.
  3. Add in water and bring to boil.
  4. Mix well, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  5. 0Cook 45 min.
  6. Remove cover 5-10 min before serving.
