Marbled Orange Julius Fudge

  1. grease 13x9 inch pan
  2. in a heavy saucepan combine sgar, cream and butter cook and stor 4 minutes.
  3. remove from heat and stir in chips and marshemellow cream.
  4. remove 1 cup and step aside.
  5. add orange extract and food coloring.
  6. stir until blended and pour in pan.
  7. drop in remaining marshmellow mixture and swirl with a knife.
  8. cover and chill until set.
