BOCA Essentials Chile Black Bean Burgers with Avocado, Fresh Salsa & Crispy Onions
- 2 cups plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup yellow onions, diced
- 4 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 16 each frozen BOCA Essentials Chile Black Bean Burgers
- 16 each hamburger buns
- 48 slices avocados, thinly sliced
- 1 cup crispy onion straws
- Combine tomatoes, onions and cilantro; set aside.
- Cook burgers on well-oiled 350 degrees F griddle or flat-top grill 8 to 10 min.
- or until internal temperature registers 160 degrees F, turning halfway.
- Fill each bun with 2 Tbsp.
- tomato mixture, 1 burger, 3 avocado slices and 1 Tbsp.
