BAKER'S Chocolate-Coconut Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
  3. Chop 2 oz.
  4. chocolate; stir into batter.
  5. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 30 min.
  7. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Combine coconut and condensed milk; spread over cake.
  10. Chop remaining chocolate; whisk into COOL WHIP in microwaveable bowl.
  11. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  12. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
  13. Spread over cake.
