Breaded pork loin chops with a side of mashed potatoes topped with bacon, cheese,green onion
- 1 1/2 lb pork loin chops
- 3 piece bacon
- 2 cup bread crumbs. .I used panko
- 1 packages Betty crocker butter & herb instant potatoes
- 1 cup Colby jack shredded cheese
- 2 each eggs
- 3 tbsp butter for potatoes
- 3/4 cup Milk for potatoes
- 2 cup water for potatoes
- Heat oven to 350
- Cook the three slices of bacon in big skillet.
- Set bacon aside once cooked on paper towel.
- Leave hot bacon grease in pan will be using later on
- Next add 2 eggs to a bowl and scramble.
- Add 2 cups of bread crumbs to another bowl
- Dip pork chop into egg then bread crumbs then egg and then bread crumbs then set on plate.
- Repeat for all pork chops
- Next.
- Turn pan with bacon grease on medium .
- Once heated carefully put pork cops and cook for 2 to 3 mins on each side until top golden brown move to baking pan
- Now bake pork chops for 10 minutes or untill done
- While pork chops are baking make instant potatoes using the butter,milk and water as on directions.
- Once potatoes are done cup up green onion add to potatoes .
- Then add cheese and crumble bacon and add to top.
- Now enjoy!
