Amaretto Cheesecake With Apricot Glaze Recipe

  1. CRUST: Combine ingredients; press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. FILLING: Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing till well blended.
  4. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing just till combined.
  5. Blend in lowfat sour cream and liqueur; pour over crust.
  6. Bake in 450F oven 10 min.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 250F; continue baking for 1 hour.
  8. Run knife around rim of pan ; cold on wire rack.
  9. Chill.
  10. GLAZE: To glaze cake, combine jam and liqueur in a saucepan; heat till hot and smooth.
  11. Strain mix and pour over cheesecake before removing sides of pan.
  12. Garnish if you like.
  13. Makes 10-12 servings.
