Chewy Karaage-style Fried Okara

  1. Add the ingredients to a bowl and use a spoon to combine well until as soft as your earlobe.
  2. Use your hand to take out bite-sized clumps and, without forming into any shape, plop into the 170C deep-frying oil.
  3. Once they become golden brown, it's done (you could also pan-fry these).
