PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Chocolate Layer Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled*
- 1 pkg. (6 oz. or 9 in.) ready-to-use chocolate flavor crumb crust
- raspberries
- mint leaves
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix until well blended.
- Remove 1 cup batter; stir melted chocolate into this batter.
- Pour chocolate batter into crust.
- Top with plain batter.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves, if desired.
