Raspberry mug cake
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 8 tbsp milk, creamer
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful raspberrires, to coat bottom of mug
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, unpacked
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- Load berries into bottom of mug and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over berries.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
- Serving suggestions include cool whip, caramel sauce, or ice cream.
