Achiote oil or annato seed oil

  1. In small saucepan heat oil and seeds on low-medium heat.
  2. Let simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Remove seeds and pour oil into a small air tight container.
  4. I like glass.
  5. Use oil to flavor chicken or pork dishes.
  6. A delicious latin flair!
  7. Oil can last for two weeks, use before that, that's why I make small batches.
  8. Store in cool, dry place.
