Smoked Hamloaf
- 2 lb ground pork
- 2 lb ground ham
- 1 1/2 packages saltine crackers
- 8 eggs
- 1 cider vinegar
- 1 brown sugar
- 1 yellow mustard
- In a large mixing bowl mix ham pork eggs and crackers
- Form into loaf
- Place in 225smoker or a 350 oven until internal temp of 170 is reached
- While coking ham loaf make a glaze out of cider vinegar mustard and brown sugar.
- Sorry I don't have measurements as I typically just throw things together.
- You want kind of a maple syrup consistency.
- Baste last 30 min with mixture
