Cheesy Mushroom Burgers

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Toss tomatoes with basil and 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the dressing; set aside.
  4. Heat remaining dressing in skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 5 min.
  6. or until tender and liquid has evaporated.
  7. Stir in 1/2 of the tomato mixture and cheese.
  8. Cool slightly.
  9. Mix meat and mushroom mixture.
  10. Shape evenly into 4 patties.
  11. Grill patties 7 to 9 min.
  12. on each side or until cooked through (160F.)
  13. Cover bottom halves of rolls with burgers.
  14. Top with remaining tomato mixture and top halves of rolls.
