Caribbean Citrus Pork Loin
- 1 pound Pork Loin
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 container Mrs. Dash Caribbean Citrus Seasoning, 2.5 Ounce
- Liberally sprinkle Caribbean seasoning all over pork loin.
- Grill on medium high heat turning so all sides of the loin get grilled.
- Or bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes until the internal temperature is 160F.
- In a sauce pan over medium high heat reduce orange juice and 2 tablespoons of Caribbean seasoning until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Slice pork loin and drizzle orange sauce over it.
- Enjoy!
