Blondie's Friend's Smoked Link Burgers
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef (I use ground chuck)
- 1 packages (14 ounces) smoked sausage links
- 8 hot dog or hoagie buns, split
- In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
- Divide into 8 portions and shape each portion around a sausage link.
- Grill or broil until juices run clear, turning frequently.
- Serve on buns.
- Enjoy!
