Soft-Bite Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 stick margarine
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1 packages instant chocolate pudding(4 oz.)
• 12 oz chocolate chips

1. Combine all ingredients and mix to form a smooth batter.
2. (I used the dough hook in my mixer)
3. Preheat oven to 375.
4. Grease two 9" x 13" pans.
5. Divide the dough in two and spread a thin layer of the dough in each pan.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
7. Do not overbake as cookies should be soft and chewy.
8. Slice into bars and drizzle with chocolate.
