Tuna Quiche Recipe
- 1 frzn pie crust, deep one
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna fish
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. chives, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Mix everything together.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 min.
