Magic Irish Stew Recipe

• 1 pound stew meat (more if you like)
• 3 stems celery (sliced diagonally in at least 1 inch pcs)
• 2 onions, quartered
• 3 carrots (sliced as celery)
• 2 potatoes, quartered

1. Place in layers as listed above.
2. Mix together and sprinkle over top:

stew meat, celery, onions, carrots, potatoes
