Garlic-Shrimp and Cucumber

  1. Cook and stir shrimp, garlic and parsley in oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min.
  2. or until shrimp turn pink.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with lemon zest.
  5. Top crackers with mayonnaise mixture, cucumbers and shrimp.
