Lemon Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
  3. Add peel.
  4. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
  5. (Dough will be stiff.)
  6. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. (Cookies will still appear soft.)
  9. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Stir together frosting and juice until well blended.
  12. Spread on cookies.
