Mexi Dip Recipe
- 1/2 pound grnd meat
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 can mashed refried beans
- Lowfat sour cream topping
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Finely shredded lettuce
- Finely diced tomato
- Cook and stir grnd meat till brown; drain.
- Stir in onion, green pepper, refried beans, tomato sauce and seasoning.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- spread on a platter.
- Spread lowfat sour cream topping over grnd beef.
- Sprinkle with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and cheese.
- Serve with corn chips if you like.
- Makes about 3 1/2 c. dip.
