Dice Pork With Peas And Potatoes Recipe

• Diced pork
• Peas & juice
• Potatoes
• Onions
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt & pepper

1. Heat extra virgin olive oil with cover on.
2. Fry onions with cover on.
3. Add in diced pork with cover on then after pork is 1/2 cooked, add in peas and juice, still with cover on.
4. Add in diced potatoes.
5. (Keep cover on at all times.)
