A.1. Pan Glazed Chicken Breasts for Two

  1. Cook and stir bacon in small saucepan on medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  3. Add onions, thyme and bay leaf to drippings in pan; cook 3 to 4 min.
  4. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Add garlic; cook 1 min.
  6. Add wine and steak sauce, cook and stir 4 to 6 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened.
  8. Stir in bacon.
  9. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  10. Heat oil in small skillet on medium-high heat.
  11. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min.
  12. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  13. Remove and discard bay leaf from sauce.
  14. Spoon sauce over chicken.
