Lamb Kebabs

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl then add the lamb and allow to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove the lamb from the marinade and reserve.
  3. Thread the lamb and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
  4. Barbecue the skewers over a medium heat, basting occasionally with reserved marinade for 8-10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve immediately with a green salad and garlic bread .
