steak fingers

  1. was hands.
  2. .. set heat to med high.
  3. place oil in pot an let heat.
  4. in shallow dish crack an mix just eggs.
  5. set aside.
  6. in a seperate dish mix together flour.
  7. seasonings and pepper.
  8. set aside.
  9. cut thin steak verticaly into strips.
  10. place into egg and coat evenly.
  11. let excessive egg drip off and place steak strips into flour mixture..one at a time.
  12. coating evenly.
  13. make sure no steak is showing threw batter.
  14. carefuly put batterd strips into hot oil.
  15. let fry untill a dark golden brown.
  16. place on wire rack to let excess oil drain.
  17. let cool and serve
