Sausage Pecan Stuffing Recipe
- 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 (6 ounce.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 2 c. broth or possibly water
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- In medium sized pan cook sausage till browned.
- Remove sausage.
- Add in celery, onion and butter; cook till tender.
- Pour stuffing mix into large mixing bowl.
- Stir in celery/onion mix.
- Add in broth, tossing till proportionately moistened.
- Stir in sausage and pecans.
- Place mix in turkey and bake accordingly, 325 degrees for 25 min per lb.
