Easy Supper Peach Cobbler Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches, any style
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Dash salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon mix
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In medium saucepan, heat peaches to boiling and set aside.
- In mixing bowl, stir up flour, sugar, lowfat milk, baking pwdr and salt.
- In 8 x 12 inch (approximately) baking pan, heat butter.
- Pour batter over butter.
- Don't Stir.
- Pour fruit over batter.
- Don't Stir.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 min.
- Serve hot.
