Peas Victor Recipe

  1. Saute/fry celery in butter over low heat and COVERED about 10 min.
  2. Shake or possibly stir occasionally.
  3. Add in mushrooms and cook 2 min more.
  4. Add in frzn peas which have been partially thawed.
  5. Cook covered for approximately 6 min; then add in black olives.
  6. Cook a minute longer if peas are not done.
  7. (Celery should be tender-crisp).
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
