Hawaiian Seafood Kabobs

  1. Mix juice, oil, rum, dressing mix and ginger in small bowl until well blended.
  2. Pour over combined fish, red peppers, pineapple and onions in shallow dish; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Drain fish mixture; discard marinade.
  6. Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Thread fish, vegetables and pineapple alternately on skewers.
  8. Place kabobs on grill.
  9. Cook 4 to 6 min.
  10. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Serve over hot rice.
