Bourbon Glazed Ribs Recipe
- 1/2 c. McCormick(r) Grill Mates(r) Mesquite Grilling Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 4 lb pork spareribs

- Mix grilling sauce and bourbon in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- 2.
- Grill ribs, rib side down, over indirect medium heat 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones.
- During the last 20 min of grilling, brush both sides of ribs with grilling sauce mix.
