Breast Of Chicken With Artichokes And Mushrooms

  1. Bring
  2. chicken, celery, onions, salt and pepper to boil in
  3. 1 quart
  4. water.
  5. Reduce
  6. heat;
  7. simmer
  8. until breasts are tender. Strain broth and let it cool.
  9. When breasts are cool, skintnd chop
  10. intotound slices.
  11. Wash and slice mushrooms horizontally into
  12. round
  13. slices.
  14. Saute
  15. in
  16. butter
  17. and add grated onion and lemon juice.
