Texas Hot Dog Sauce Recipe

• 5 lbs. hamburger meat
• 3 lg. onions, diced
• 1 tbsp. allspice
• 2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 garlic onion
• 2 teaspoon celery seed
• 2 teaspoon peppercorn
• 4 teaspoon catsup
• Salt
• 6 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

1. Brown onions in oil.
2. Add in meat; cook till brown.
3. Add in seasonings and spice and cook well.
4. Add in 2 qts water; simmer 1 hour.
5. This can be frzn for later use.
