Asian Fusion Turkey Tenderloin

  1. Mix together all the ingredients but the turkey.
  2. Add the ginger last, and add in tiny dustings to taste because the flavor is quite strong.
  3. Whisk together with a fork and cover the tenderloins with the marinade.
  4. Cover and put in the fridge for an hour to overnight.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  6. Spray a roasting pan with Pam and place the tenderloins in the pan.
  7. Roast for 30 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
  8. Cover with tin foil and let sit 15 minutes before serving.
