Lemon Pepper Tuna & Corn Recipe jhendrix84

• 1 can of yellow corn, drained
• 1 can of albacore tuna, drained
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• salt to taste
• black pepper to taste

1. Simply mix the ingredients and warm in a skillet or pot and serve hot, or mix and allow to chill.
2. Optionally, choose a can of fiesta style corn with chopped chilies for an added kick.
