Better Than Anything Cake Recipe

  1. Bake cake as directed on package for a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Cold 15 min and poke top of hot cake every 1/2 inch with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  3. Drizzle condensed lowfat milk proportionately over top and let stand till absorbed into cake.
  4. Then drizzle with ice cream topping.
  5. Cover and chill for two hrs.
  6. Spread with Cold Whip and sprinkle with toffee chips.
  7. Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
