Shirmp De Jonghe Recipe

  1. Combine butter, salt, garlic, parsley, cayenne and bread crumbs.
  2. Arrange shrimp in shallow 3 to 4 qt casserole and top with crumb mix.
  3. Sprinkle all over with sherry.
  4. Bake at 375 degree oven for 15 min.
  5. Don't over cook.
  6. When topping has melted and slightly browned, serve.
  7. Serves 4-6.
