Pan Fried Pork with Sauteed Apples
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 4 pieces Pork Chops, Off The Bone And Thinly Sliced
- 4 pinches Salt
- 4 pinches Pepper
- 1 whole Apple Of Choice, Cored, But Not Peeled
- 1 Tablespoon Major Grey Mango Chutney
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 pinches Cinnamon
- Melt the butter in a skillet over high heat.
- Rinse pork and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on both sides of each piece of pork.
- Once the butter is melted, put the pork in a pan and let it brown for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Once browned, reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the remaining ingredients to ensure that the meat is evenly coated with the saucy mixture.
- Once the meat is browned and the inside is white when cut, remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
