Blue Smokes Iceberg Wedges With Roquefort Dressing
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 14 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 14 cup parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- crumbled bacon (optional)
- Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a large bowl.
- Whisk together.
- Then fold in the cheese and parsley.
- Cut the lettuce into four wedges.
- Pour the dressing on top.
