Bulgur Pilaf
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup Bulgar wheat
- 1 12 cups chicken broth
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- In a small saucepan, heat oil.
- Add onion and cook until softened, 3 minutes.
- Add bulgur and stir to coat with the oil.
- Add broth, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 14 minutes.
- Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
