Bulgur Pilaf

  1. In a small saucepan, heat oil.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened, 3 minutes.
  3. Add bulgur and stir to coat with the oil.
  4. Add broth, salt and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 14 minutes.
  6. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
