Creamy Apple Crisp

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place apples in large bowl.
  3. Add water and lemon juice; toss to coat.
  4. Stir in dry pudding mix.
  5. Add cheese; mix lightly.
  6. Spoon into 2-qt casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  7. Bake 40 min.
  8. or until apples are tender.
  9. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended; sprinkle over apple mixture.
  10. Bake 15 min.
  11. or until topping is golden brown.
