Bavarian Patties With Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Sauerkraut.
  2. Shape the mix into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
  3. Brown the patties in a large skillet over medium heat, turning once.
  4. Drain off the excess fat.
  5. Spoon the sauerkraut onto the patties.
  6. Cover and simmer for about 15 min.
